  • 0.75oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • 0.75oz Campari
  • Flamed Orange Peel for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Place glass into freezer before preparing the cocktail
  2. In a mixing glass add all ingredients besides cocktail cherry
  3. Add ice to the mixing glass
  4. Stir for 30 seconds
  5. Double strain in to glass using Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer
  6. Use lighter to ignite a toothpick in order to heat orange peel
  7. Express oils over fire into drink
