  • 1oz Appleton Estate Signature Jamaican Rum
  • 1oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
  • 0.75oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5oz Rich Demerara Syrup
  • 12oz Porter/Stout
  • Grated Nutmeg Garnish

Instructions

  1. Place glass into freezer before preparing the cocktail
  2. Add all ingredients to large side of the Boston Shaker
  3. Fill small side of Boston Shaker with ice
  4. Shake for 15 seconds
  5. Pour into glass using Hawthorne strainer while simultaneously pouring IPA
  6. Garnish with grated nutmeg
